Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Customers may need to return the sweaters because of the color, size or style not really “you”. We are always happy to
refund or exchange for you in a quick and professional way.
The sweaters you want to return to us
or exchange must be unworn, no damage and in new
condition. You must return or exchange within 15 days of receiving it.
We offer free shipping. Customers need to pay for the return
shipping. We encourage you to buy insurance for your return package. Our
shipping department is at a safe community, but mail
may get lost in transit occasionally by shipping carriers.
Please email us at contact@cashmereheartland.com to request
a Merchandise Return Authorization (MRA). Please print, fill out MRA and send
it back to us with the return item(s). MRA helps us to process your return
accurately and faster.
Refund and Exchange are processed within one business day of
receiving your return. It may take 2 or 3 business days to process your return
during a holiday season. You will get our email when your return or exchange is
complete.
Refund will only be made to your original purchasing credit card
and your PayPal account.
Return Policy Extension for the Holidays: we grant return
and exchange up until Jan 16th of the following year for the orders
placed between Nov 16th and Dec 31st.
