Refund, Returns and Cancellation
Policies:
Whether it is a wrong size or wrong color or you just decide it is not really
"You", we are always happy to refund or exchange any item if you return
it to us in good condition. For a full refund of the sweater purchase price,
you must return your sweater within 15 days of receiving it. You are required
to pay the return shipping. Please also insure your return package. Standard shipping at Cashmere
Heartland is free, but premium shipping charges for Priority Mail and FedEx
shipping are nonrefundable.
You may also exchange your sweater for another size, color or style within 15
days of receiving it. On your exchange, there is no additional shipping charge
for standard shipping within the United States.
Refunds will only be made to your PayPal account or the original
purchasing credit card.
Any sweaters returned must be folded neatly in the original packaging and in
pristine condition. Sweaters will not be accepted for return if the tags have
been removed.
Please
email us at info@cashmereheartland.com to request a Return Merchandise Form (RMF) before returning an
item. Please fill out the RMF to help us improve the quality of our products
and services.
Refunds and exchanges are
processed within one business day of receiving the item back at our company.
We take the responsibility for mail loss for all express mails and
insured mails. We do not take the responsibility for the mail loss for free
shipping and priority mails. We provide all the shipping related documents per
customersĄ¯ request.
Exchange Policy for the Holidays: We grant exchanges up until Jan
16th of the following year for the orders placed between Nov 16th and Dec
31st. However, the period for refunds will remain the same at 15 days of
receiving the order.

service selected by the customer on his/her order. The delivery time posted on
our website for all the shipping methods is the time directly provided by the
shipping carriers. Delivery time for express
mails is guaranteed. During the
holiday season, it may take longer time for the delivery of first class and
priority mails due to the high volume packages at USPSĄ¯s facilities.
